Let me introduce how to debugging a Koso positioner
1. Zero adjustment and stroke adjustment
Input 50% signal, use the zero adjustment knob to adjust the output to 50% opening, and then adjust the input signal to 0% and 0% respectively, and use the stroke adjustment knob to adjust to the specified stroke. The method is repeatedly adjusted, and after the adjustment is completed, the travel set screw is tightened. (Figure 23)
[External Zero]
When zero adjustment is required in daily maintenance, the external zero adjustment device can be used without opening the trade shell.
2. Split operation
1/2 range: It can be adjusted by zero adjustment and stroke adjustment.
1/3 and below split range: Load spring must be replaced
3. Change the way of action
[Double Action Type]
Reaction becomes positive or positive becomes reverse
1) Swap the positions of the air pipes OUT1 and OUT2 connecting the actuator.
2) Reverse the cam surface to install.
3) Taking the above measures can change the action direction of the actuator.
