Zirconia oxygen analyzer is used to continuously measure the oxygen content in the combustion exhaust gas of industrial boilers, heating furnaces, cracking furnaces, incinerators, etc., through monitoring and control of the combustion process, so as to achieve energy saving and high efficiency, reduce environmental pollution and prolong furnace age purpose.
The zirconia analyzers we provide mainly include four series of products: ordinary type, flameproof type, high dust-resistant type and two-component zirconia analyzer according to different application occasions. We also provide customers with functional safety zirconia analyzers. , improve the reliability of measurement and control systems.
Zirconia can also be used for process gas measurement of non-combustion gas to monitor and control the oxygen content (such as tight transport of catalysts, nitrogen sealing of metal magnesium), and we also have a pressure compensation calibration box to ensure accuracy of positive pressure measurement.
