1. Unscrew the protective cover of the Fuji FKE/FKY differential pressure level transmitter, connect the standard 24VDC power supply and current meter (accuracy requirements are above 0.2%).
2. When there is no liquid in the FKE/FKY differential pressure level transmitter, adjust the zero -point potentiometer make the output current is 4 mA.
3. Press the Fuji FKE/FKY differential pressure transmitter to a full range (10m) and adjust the full volume resistance to make the output current 20 mA.
4. Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal.
5. Please enter 25%, 50%, and 75%signal to check the errors of the Fuji FKE/FKY differential pressure level transmitter.
6. For non -water media, Fuji FKE/FKY differential pressure level transmitter is adjust for water, the pressure generated by the actual medium density should be converted. For example, when the density of the medium is 1.3, a 1.3 -meter water level should be used to calibrate the range of 1 meter.
7. After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.
8. The calibration cycle of Fuji FKE/FKY differential pressure level transmitter is once a year.
Debugging of Fuji FTK water level transmitter
Fuji FTK water level transmitter is widely used in water levels and control measurement and control of oil, chemical industry, power plants, urban drainage, hydrological exploration and other fields. the Fuji FTK water level transmitter is accurately calibrates according to the range marked on the nameplate. As long as the density of the medium and other parameters meet the requirements of the nameplate, generally do not need to be adjusted.
If you need to adjust the range or zero position, please adjust according to the following method
1. Unscrew the protective cover, and then connect the standard 24VDC power supply and five -digit semi -current meter (accuracy of 0.2%or more).
2. When the Fuji FTK water level transmitter has no liquid, adjust the zero -point resistance so that the output current is 4.000 mA.
3. Full the Fuji FTK water level transmitter and adjust the full volume resistance to make the output current 20.000 mA.
4. Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal of the Fuji FTK water level transmitter is normal.
5. Please enter 25%, 50%, and 75%of signal calibration errors, respectively.
6. For non -water media, Fuji FTK water level transmitter shall be calibrated according to the pressure generated by the actual medium density. For example, when the medium density is 1.3, a 1.3 -meter water level should be used to calibrate the liquid level sensor with a range of 1 meter.
