How to check Fuji Diaphragm temperature?
1: Connect Fuji temperature transmitter. First check the zero point, with the calibration instrument input zero, to see whether the Fuji transmitter display is consistent with the standard given value. If not, adjust the zero screw of the Fuji transmitter to the same zero as the given value.
2: The second is checking measuring range : using the calibration instrument input temperature upper limit, see Fuji temperature transmitter display temperature is consistent or not; Otherwise, adjust the Fuji transmitter's range adjustment screw to the same temperature as the given value. Fuji temperature transmitter calibration is basically complete.
How do you know if a Fuji temperature transmitter is good or bad?
1, check whether the accessories of transmitter are complete, fasteners are loose, tighten the antenna.
2, pay attention to handle gently, do not knock, fall. Tighten the antenna and it will work properly.
3. Non-operating personnel are forbidden to open the front cover of transmitter after power-on. If the operator misoperates, do not save, after the power off can be reopened.
4. According to the sensor and range indicated on the nameplate of Fuji transmitter, input the corresponding resistance value, so that the output is 1V and 5V(zero potentiometer and full potentiometer can be adjusted respectively.
Fuji transmitters are connected to rated power supplies and load terminals are connected to sensors such as thermocouples or thermal resistors.
The two outputs of the Fuji transmitter are connected to a multimeter with a DC current gear.
If the PT100 has a range of -20 to 850 degrees, and 4-20mA is the 17 scale value, then -20 degrees is 4mA. Now the room temperature is 30 degrees, the current value is 5mA, and so on, test the measurement of the Fuji transmitter.
5. Check intermediate terminals and circuits
During the use, wiring terminals are often polluted by oxidative corrosion, water vapor, oil pollution, resulting in excessive contact resistance, temperature deviation, that is, low thermocouple display, high thermal resistance display.
Most of the problems can be observed directly, and the problem of poor contact can be resolved by sanding and re-tightening the screws. When installing a new circuit, check that the wiring is correct, the polarity of the thermocouple, and the three wires of the three-wire thermal resistance are not mixed together.
These are the steps for instrument calibration of Fuji temperature transmitter.
