The Yokogawa zirconia cell is an important accessory for the Yokogawa zirconia probe, and it is also a wearing part. Therefore, try to pay attention to the following points when using zirconia:
1. Precautions when installing zirconia are as follows
(1) Handle with care when installing. After the wiring is correct, power on, seal the gasket well, and tighten the screws to prevent the outside air from being drawn.
2. Precautions when working with zirconia
(1) It is forbidden to remove the zirconia during work.
(2) After the zirconia is debugged, there is no need to discard or modify the program.
(3) The zirconia is shut down when it is working, and the power is not cut off when the furnace is shut down. In special cases, it needs to be cut off. When the temperature of the furnace and the outside temperature are equal, the power is cut off.
(4) Do not disassemble and move the parts of zirconia and transmitter easily.
(5) It is recommended (using the zirconia outside as a rain cover) to prevent rainwater from entering the watch.
(6) The power plant personnel are not allowed to modify the instrument program without permission. If there is a problem with the instrument after the modification, please contact our company to solve it together.
(7) The position of the flue is different, and the measured oxygen content is also different.
Special attention, when there is a lot of moisture in the flue, remove the zirconia when the furnace is shut down to prevent damage, and our company will not repair the product for free.
3. Notes on installation and uninstallation of zirconia:
(1) When the zirconia is in the furnace, it must be unloaded slowly. Do not pull out the zirconia at once to prevent burns.
(2) The zirconia should also be pushed slowly during installation, so that the zirconium head is somewhat fixed in temperature;
(3) The zirconia touch screen is for induction, do not press it hard.
