Application: To measure the oxygen concentration in flue gas or non-combustible gas.
Scope of application: online monitoring of oxygen content in flue gas generated during combustion of boilers, kilns, heating furnaces and other combustion equipment; oxygen content detection in inert gas; pollution control of medical waste incinerators; CEMS supporting control of pollution emissions ; Steel refining furnace VOD application.
Main feature:
1. Coating technology: Coating is applied to the pipe wall of the sensor contacting the flue gas to reduce the corrosion of corrosive macromolecules to the sensor and prolong the service life.
2. Double wire system: The lead wire of the oxygen sensor adopts the advanced technology - double wire system. In the past, a loop is added to the weak link of the detector, which overcomes the shortcomings of the pressure contact lead and doubles the life of the oxygen probe.
3. Not easy to block: The contact part between the oxygen probe and the flue gas is made of new high-temperature alloy steel. The oxygen probe can be directly inserted into the furnace at temperatures below 700 °C, which overcomes the easy blockage of the diversion sampling tube and the fluctuating furnace pressure due to poor sealing. Affect the problem of inaccurate monitoring data.
4. Long life: The comprehensive use of high-quality sensor, coating, double wire system and new high temperature alloy steel makes the probe life longer.
5. Chinese interface: The instrument adopts the full Chinese interface display, which is easy to operate.
6. The instrument is intelligent: the instrument adopts microprocessor, Chinese character liquid crystal (LCD) display, and oxygen conversion adopts calculation method. With range setting and a variety of self-diagnostic functions. High and low oxygen alarm limit setting, experimental data storage, RS232 communication interface.
7. Wide applicable temperature range: when the flue gas temperature is low (<750°C), the oxygen sensor can be heated to 750°C for constant temperature operation; when the flue gas temperature is high (>750°C), it can run at floating temperature.
8. Strong anti-interference ability: The converter circuit adopts a fully floating structure, with strong anti-interference ability, making the measurement data reliable and accurate.
