The BDO Research Institute reported that a few days ago, the Fucheng Energy Group Corporation organized a feasibility study report for the "Clarma Energy and Natural Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project" of the "Krama Energy Town Energy and Natural Gas Utilization Project". It is understood that the comprehensive use project of Clarma Energy City Energy and Gas Energy is expected to invest 3.41 billion yuan. The construction location is located in the Baichen Beach District Industrial Park. 40,000 tons/year acetine, 100,000 tons/year methanol, 220,000 tons/year formaldehyde and other devices.
The total area of the project is about 550000m2. The project is made of acetylene with natural gas as the raw material. The total natural gas will take 500 million square meters per year. It is expected that the natural gas is purchased from the Xinjiang Branch from China Petroleum and natural gas. After the acetylene gas is separated by the gas separation device, the separated hydrogen is sent to the BDO device, and the remaining part is sent to the methanol device to prepare methanol. Solid alcohol is used to make formaldehyde, and then acetaldehyde is used to prepare BDO with acetaldehyde and formaldehyde as raw materials.
After the 100,000 -ton BDO is completed and put into operation, it can provide raw materials for the 120,000 -ton PBAT/PBS production line of Yipu New Materials Company, with a demand of about 75,000 tons, and the remaining small part of the BDO market -oriented sales. The annual sales revenue of the product is about 162.18357 million yuan, creating a profit of about 296.705 million yuan for the enterprise, and the annual taxes of 10.415 million yuan. It can provide 472 people with labor and employment positions. The annual expenditure and benefits of 12 million yuan are 12 million yuan.
At present, the preliminary preparation of the project has completed the preliminary technology and market research. The initial edition of the feasibility study report by the Hokka Engineering Design Institute is being revised and improved according to the expert's opinions.
