When Fuji transmitter has no output?

What should I do when the pressure transmitter has no output? Is the power supply, secondary meter or itself faulty?

When the Fuji transmitter has no output, we first need to judge what is wrong, instead of rashly thinking that the Fuji transmitter is faulty, because in many applications, in addition to being used alone, there may be other A combination of equipment or systems, such as an orifice plate, such as a digital display, such as a Fuji flowmeter. Let's talk about it from several aspects:

1. If the Fuji transmitter is used in conjunction with the digital display meter, if the digital display meter does not display at this time, then the user may say that the Fuji transmitter has no output (often encountered by users who call), in fact, this problem Obviously, it is unreasonable to rashly assume that the Fuji transmitter has no output. If the Fuji transmitter is outputting normally, it is also possible that the digital display is faulty. This is the user's misunderstanding and judgment of the on-site fault. So how to judge whether the Fuji transmitter is outputting normally? It is very simple, use a multimeter to directly measure the output end of the pressure transmitter, and measure whether the current value of 4-20mA is used. Of course, this happens when it is used in conjunction with other instruments, the same as the multimeter to measure the current to judge.

2. We know that the Fuji transmitter needs 24V power supply. If the Fuji transmitter has no output, we must first consider whether there is a 24V power supply or whether the 24 power supply is normal. Of course, this is a very basic electrician common sense. However, if the site is connected in series with a digital display meter or other meter with its own 24V power supply as described in the first point, then the Fuji transmitter does not need to provide 24V power again. This second aspect is for when the Fuji transmitter is used alone.

3. If the 24V power supply is available and the power supply is normal, and the Fuji transmitter has no output at this time, it is necessary to check whether the power cord is reversed, and whether the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly.

4. If the wiring is correct, then it is necessary to check whether there is a line disconnection in the entire circuit; or check whether the meter is selected incorrectly (input impedance should be ≤250Ω), etc.

5. If the above inspections are normal, then the hardware of the Fuji transmitter may be faulty. For example, at the beginning of the on-site Fuji transmitter, due to the problem of the 24V power supply, the circuit board of the Fuji transmitter was burned out. Of course, there was no display and no output; for example, the overload and withstand voltage capability of the selected Fuji transmitter All of them do not meet the conditions of the site, and overpressure may cause damage to the Fuji transmitter components, and there will also be no output from the Fuji transmitter; for example, the Fuji transmitter has on-site display, that is, with a meter, if this When the meter head is damaged, there will also be no output from the Fuji transmitter. If you judge whether the meter head is damaged, the two wires of the meter head are short-circuited. If it is normal after the short circuit, it means that the meter head is damaged.
