The Siemens transmitter Typical model
-------- Absolute pressure transmitter typical order model:
7MF4133 (Hart), 7MF4134 (Profibus Pa) 7MF4135 ( FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF)
7MF4234(Profibus Pa) 7MF4235( FOUNDATION Fieldbus(FF) 7MF4233(hart)
Siemens Absolute transmitter is used to measure the pressure of non-corrosive and corrosive gases, vapors and liquid levels.
There are two product series: one is the "differential pressure" series and the other is the "pressure" series. The "differential pressure series" has strong overpressure resistance.
Allowable measuring range 830Pa (8.3mbar) to 3Mpa (30bar)
-------- Typical ordering model of gauge pressure transmitter:
7MF4033 (Hart), 7MF4034 (Profibus Pa) 7MF4035 ( FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF)
7MF4333 (Hart), 7MF4334 (Profibus Pa) 7MF4335 (FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF)
Siemens gauge pressure transmitter is used for pressure measurement of non-corrosive and corrosive gases, vapors and liquids.
Allowable measuring range 1kPa (0.01 bar) to 40Mpa (400 bar).
--------Differential pressure transmitter typical order model:
7MF4433(Hart), 7MF4434(Profibus Pa) 7MF4435(FOUNDATION Fieldbus(FF)
7MF4533 (Hart), 7MF4534 (Profibus Pa) 7MF4535 (FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF)
Siemens Differential pressure and flow is used to measure:
Differential pressure, such as changing pressure.
Micro positive or micro negative pressure.
Flow (for use with flow control valve)
Non-corrosive and corrosive gases, vapors and liquids.
Allowable measuring range 100Pa (1 mbar) to 3Mpa (30 bar).
-------- Liquid level transmitter typical order model:
7MF4633+7MF4912(Hart), 7MF4634+7MF4912 (Profibus Pa) 7MF4635+7MF4912 ( FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF)
Siemens level transmitter with pressure flange is used for level measurement of non-corrosive and corrosive liquids in open and closed vessels.
The measurement range is 2.5kPa (25mbar) to 500kPa (5bar). The nominal diameter of the pressure flange is DN80 or DN100, and the imperial system is 3 inches or 4 inches. When measuring the liquid level of an open container, the low pressure side of the transmitter is open to the atmosphere (measurement takes the atmospheric pressure as the reference pressure). When measuring the liquid level of a closed container, the low pressure end of the transmitter is usually connected to the upper part of the tank to offset the working pressure in the container. According to different corrosion resistance requirements, different materials can be selected for the immersion part
