(1) Problems in the selection of Yokogawa AXR. Some electromagnetic sensors choose a larger size due to changes in process conditions in the caliber selection or after the design and selection. The actual selection should choose the smallest caliber to improve the measurement accuracy. For example, in the design of an electromagnetic pipeline It is used for several equipments. Because some process equipments are sometimes not used, the actual flow rate is reduced. The actual use causes the original design selection diameter to be too large, which is equivalent to increasing the lower limit of the measurable flow rate, indicating when the flow rate of the process pipeline is small There is no guarantee that it can be used when the flow rate is large, because it is too difficult to remodel (sometimes, the change of process conditions is only temporary). Can be combined with parameter re-tuning to improve indication accuracy.
(2) Installation problems. The main reason is that the length of the straight pipe section in front of the sensor is not enough, which affects the measurement accuracy.
(3) The reason for the parameter setting direction. Due to wrong parameters, the instrument indication is wrong. The parameter error makes the calculation of the full-scale frequency of the secondary instrument wrong. The similar full-scale frequency makes the indication inaccurate for a long time, and the actual full-scale frequency greatly affects the calculated full-scale frequency, which makes the indication fluctuate in a large range and cannot be read, and the inconsistency of the parameters on the data affects the final determination of the parameters, and finally passed Recalibration combined with mutual comparison to determine the parameters solves this problem.
(4) Yokogawa AXR flowmeter analyzes the cause of secondary instrument failure. There are many faults in this part, including: a disconnection on the circuit board of the instrument, the display of individual bits in the range setting is broken, and the display of individual bits in the K coefficient setting is broken, making it impossible to determine the range setting and K coefficient setting. By fixing the corresponding failure, the problem is solved.
(5) Four-way line connection problem. On the surface of some circuits, the circuit connection seems to be very good. After careful inspection, some connectors have actually been loose, causing the circuit to be interrupted. Although some connectors are tightly connected, the fastening screws are fastened to the wire sheath due to the problem of the auxiliary line, which also makes the circuit breaker. interrupt. The corresponding line problems are solved, and the existing problems are also solved accordingly.
(1) The probes of the AXR flowmeter should be cleaned regularly. During the inspection, it was found that the detection holes of individual probes had been blocked by dirt or even wrapped in plastic sheets, which affected the normal measurement.
(2) Regularly check the grounding and shielding to eliminate external interference. Sometimes the indication problem is due to interference.
(3) Install the probe in a humid environment. It should be dried once regularly, or treated with moisture-proof. Since the probe itself is not treated with moisture, it will affect the operation after being affected by moisture.
(4) The management of instrument data should be paid enough attention to facilitate future work.
