Chinese Morc electric valve positioner is widely used in life and has a wide variety of products. According to different situations, it can be divided into the following locators.
One: According to whether the input signal of the valve positioner is a digital signal or an analog signal, it can be divided into fieldbus MEP-10R electric valve positioner and MEP-10L ordinary valve positioner.
1: The input signal of the fieldbus electric valve positioner is the digital signal of the fieldbus.
2: The input signal of ordinary valve positioner is analog air pressure or current and voltage signal.
Two: According to whether the valve positioner has a CPU, it can be divided into MEP-10R intelligent electric valve positioner and MEP-10L ordinary electric valve positioner.
1: The intelligent electric valve positioner is equipped with a CPU, which can process relevant intelligent operations, such as nonlinear compensation of the forward channel.
2: Ordinary electrical valve positioner has no CPU, therefore, it does not have intelligence and cannot handle related intelligent operations.
Three: According to the direction of action, it can be divided into MEP-10R one-way valve positioner and MEP-10L two-way valve positioner.
1: The two-way valve positioner acts on both sides of the piston actuator cylinder and acts in two directions.
2: When the one-way valve positioner is used for a piston-type actuator, the valve positioner only works in one direction.
Four: According to the gain symbols of the input and output signals of the valve positioner, it is divided into MEP-10R reaction valve positioner and MEP-10L positive action valve positioner.
1: When the input signal of the reaction valve positioner increases, the output signal decreases, so the gain is negative.
2: When the input signal of the positive-acting valve positioner increases, the output signal also increases, so the gain is positive.
