Differential pressure transmitters combine different sensor technologies with a compact aluminum alloy or plastic housing for a wide variety of liquid and gas measurements. The differential pressure transmitter adopts full hard-sealed oil-filled isolation technology, unique dual-core design, and reliable single-item static pressure protection, which greatly enhances the reverse overload level. Intelligent compensation technology, long-term stable performance, so it can be perfectly applied in a wide range of precision measurements, including the flow of gas and liquid, the difference between differential pressure transmitters and general pressure transmitters is that they have two pressure The pressure transmitter is generally divided into a positive pressure end and a negative pressure end. Under normal circumstances, the pressure of the positive pressure end of the differential pressure transmitter should be greater than the pressure of the negative pressure section to measure.
 
   Fuji FKC differential pressure transmitter installation requirements:
      1. The installation position of the differential pressure transmitter on the process pipeline is related to the measured medium. In order to obtain a better installation effect, the following conditions should be considered: prevent the transmitter from directly contacting the corrosive or overheated measured medium; Prevent dregs from depositing and blocking in the pressure pipe; the length of the pressure pipes on both sides of the positive and negative pressure should be the same as possible; the liquid column head in the pressure pipes on both sides of the positive and negative pressure should be balanced, and the pressure pipes should be installed in the temperature gradient and temperature. fluctuating place;
      2. When measuring liquid flow, the differential pressure transmitter should be installed beside or below the pipe under test so that air bubbles can be discharged into the pipe;
      3. When measuring gas flow, the differential pressure transmitter should be installed beside or above the pipeline under test, so that the accumulated liquid can easily flow into the pipeline;
      4. When measuring the steam flow, the differential pressure transmitter should be installed under the pipe under test, so that the condensed water can be filled in the pressure pipe. Special attention should be paid to prevent the temperature of the differential pressure transmitter from contacting the medium when measuring steam or other high-temperature media to exceed the limit temperature of the transmitter.​​
 
 The attention of Fuji FKC differential pressure transmitter:
      (1) When designing and installing, it should be considered that the pressure-taking hole at the bottom of the oil tank should be lowered as far as possible to eliminate the error caused by temperature change, and temperature compensation should be introduced if necessary.​​
     (2) Compensation measures should be considered when the horizontal section of the oil tank is unequal (such as the upper part is small and the lower part is large).​​
     (3) In order to achieve a certain level, if a breathing valve is installed on the top of the oil tank, a differential pressure transmitter must be used instead of a pressure transmitter. For open oil tanks or when the requirements are not high, the pressure transmitter can be directly used for easy installation.​​
     (4) The secondary meter should use a smart meter as much as possible, which can easily change the range and realize temperature compensation.
