DW18 series flow switches are mainly used for flow monitoring and switch output in pipelines. Its solid structure and stable performance can be widely used in cooling and lubricating systems of compressors, motors, generators, rolling mills, conveyors and other machines. It can output a signal when the flow exceeds or falls below the preset switch point. At the same time, the preset switch point can be set at any position of the measuring range, and the switch point can be easily adjusted under installation conditions.

DW 181...184 flow switches are available with one or two limit switches that can be adjusted over the entire measuring range. The maximum power of the limit switch K1 or K2 (reed switch) contacts is 12VA. For the requirement of larger contact point power (maximum 1200VA), we use KV1 or KV2 (KV2 is only limited to G type indicator).

The basic type of DW184 flow switch consists of G-type indicator. A dial corresponding to 1/10 of the measurement range allows easy observation of the flow rate. At the same time, this type of flow switch can easily adjust the switch alarm point without interrupting the flow in the pipeline.
DW 181...184 Flow Switch
Can consist of Type A or Type G indicators. Corresponding to the measuring range, the circular dial and the pointer indexed by 1/h, 1/min, m3/h, etc. can easily observe the flow rate. At the same time, this type of flow switch can also easily adjust the switch alarm without interrupting the flow in the pipeline.
