YB-88G basic oxygen analyzer
Model: YB-88G
Purpose: To measure the oxygen concentration in flue gas or non-combustible gas.
Scope of application: online monitoring of oxygen content in flue gas generated during combustion of boilers, kilns, heating furnaces and other combustion equipment; oxygen content detection in inert gas; pollution control of medical waste incinerators; CEMS supporting control of pollution emissions ; Steel refining furnace VOD application.
Main feature:
1. Long service life: The oxygen sensor adopts coating technology, which has strong anti-corrosion ability of flue gas; the lead wire adopts double wire, which overcomes the shortcomings of the pressure-contact lead wire and can double the life of the oxygen detector.
2. In-line type: The contact part between the oxygen detector and the flue gas adopts a new type of high-temperature alloy steel, and the oxygen detector can be directly inserted into the flue at temperatures below 700°C, making the measurement more accurate and the response time faster.
3. Wide applicable temperature range: when the flue gas temperature is low (<750°C), the oxygen sensor can be heated to 750°C for constant temperature operation; when the flue gas temperature is high (>750°C), it can run at floating temperature according to the actual flue gas temperature.
4. Strong anti-interference ability: The converter circuit adopts a fully floating structure, which has strong anti-interference ability, making the measurement data reliable and accurate.
