1. Requirements during the maintenance process:
 
⑴ First of all, the spare parts required for the maintenance should be implemented. The spare parts should be consistent with the specifications, models, and range of the replaced pressure transmitter. The spare parts should be intact and the components are complete.
 
⑵, the tools, tools that are ready for use must be suitable, intact, complete.
 
(3) If the relevant tickets are complete, the construction must be obtained by the consent of the scheduling, operating and related personnel.
 
 before disassembling the pressure transmitter, you must determine whether to bring the regulating valve and the lock and alarm device. The regulating valve self -control device needs to be hopped to the manual state of the regulating valve, while operating on -site monitoring.

① The maintenance of the compression parts of Fuji transmitter:
 
   A. Remove the transmitter bracket, and the four flange bolts will be disintegrated by the pressure room. Wash the pressure chamber with ethanol or water, and pay special attention when cleaning. Do not touch the membrane box (film).
 
   B. After cleaning, check the membrane box (film) first. If the membrane box (film) is found to be damaged (damage) or oil leakage, it must be replaced. If it is not obvious damage, a comprehensive test should be carried out when it is available.
 
   C. Check whether the two "0" types under the pressure side of the film box (film) are damaged and severely deformed in the two "0" types under the pressure. When the exhaust/liquid valve, check the valve body and thread whether there is no loss of damage. If there is a defect, the necessary repair or replacement should be performed. The hexagonal twist of the exhaust/exclusion valve should be trimmed or replaced if there is severe bald angle.
 
D. Check whether the thread of the pressure connector is damaged. If there is damage, it should be repaired or replaced.
 
E. The bolt and its parts of the fastener of the compressed chamber, such as severe damage to the thread, the hexagonal twist position is severely bald and severe rust should be replaced.
 
f. After the metal parts of the pressure room are cleaned and modified, the surface should be evenly coated evenly. The surface of various "0" sealing ring should be coated with silicone oil.
 
G. After being cleaned and maintained, it is considered that when all parts do not have any problems, the compressed chamber can be re -assembled. When assembling, the ink cartridge (film) should be gradually tightened by the angle direction of the panel in the relative position of the flange to ensure that the two flanges are parallel and not raised. The tightening torque of the bolt should be between 2000 and 5000N.cm.
 
②, Fuji transmitter's electrical part of the maintenance:
 
a. Open the transmitter end cover, remove the fixed screws of the transmitter, and carefully open the amplifier to check whether the printed circuit of the amplifier is damaged and broken.
 
b. There are poor contact, surface oxidation deformation, etc. in the transmitter.
 
c. Check whether the electronic devices on the amplifier are aging and deteriorated. If you can contact the manufacturer to change the line board.
 
d. Check the working conditions of the potentiometer such as zero -adjustment and volume range. Pay attention to observing whether the resistance of the potentiometer is uniform and smooth when the resistance value of the potentiometer is changed.
 
e. Check the wiring of the internal transmitter, whether there are poor contact, indirect short circuit and other phenomena in the transmitter.
 
The installation direction of the pressure transmitter must be standardized, the direction is forward, and it cannot be installed at will at any angle.
 
If there is a pressure pipe for the pressure transmitter, the pressure transmitter needs to check whether the pressure pipe is vibrated, whether it is unobstructed, and whether there is friction with the pipeline, and whether there is rust.
 
check the pressure transmitter at zero and range, the transmitter needs to pass the atmosphere, the transmitter's membrane is not pressured, the transmitter is positive, and cannot be tilted; The root valve of the positive and negative pressure chambers is closed, and the positive and negative pressure chamber valves at the three valve groups are opened to open the three valve group balance valve and pass at the atmosphere).
 
① At the zero -point school pair: After the instrument is connected to the line according to the requirements of the instruction manual, the electricity is warm up for 15 minutes. At the zero -point school, the voltage measurement room of the transmitter should be in a natural balance, that is, it is equivalent to the pressure of 0 % of the measurement range to the transmitter. At this time, the digital current meter indicates that it should be 4mA. If the deviation is greater than the technical indicators, zero -point adjustment should be adjusted by zero -point adjustment knob or a debugger.
 
②, quantitative process pair: After the zero -point pair of the transmitter is qualified, you can add pressure on the positive pressure chamber of the transmitter to the positive pressure chamber of the transmitter. At this time, the value of the digital current meter should be 20mA. If the deviation is greater than 20mA, it shall adjust the schedule by adjusting the entire knob or the debugger.
 
③, linear school pair: After the process of the transmitter and the zero -point school pair, the linear degree pair should be performed. The linear degree school of the transmitter corresponds to 5 equal points of no less than less than the full range, that is, 0 %, 25 %, 50 %, 75 %, 100 %, and the corresponding display value of the digital current meter is 4, 8, 12. 16, 20mA. At the time of the school pair, if the deviation between a certain point in the middle is greater than 0.5 %, it should be adjusted through a linear knob. After the transmitter performs linear adjustment, the zero and range should be re -calibrated.
 
2. Maintenance quality requirements:
 
The installation of the pressure transmitter after replacement or maintenance shall be standardized and firm, and there is no leakage at the connection. The roots of the pressure transmitter are freely switch, flexible, complete accessories, and accurate pressure instructions. The pressure pipe of the delivery tube is no vibration and obstruction, and waterproof measures are taken.
 
3. Requirements after maintenance:
 
⑴ After the maintenance task is completed, clean up the scene in time to make a clean site.
 
After the pressure transmitter is installed, open the valve to check the sealing of the pressure transmitter and the connecting wire head to achieve no leakage at each connection, and the pressure shows normal and stable.
 
(3) Timely check and replace records of the pressure transmitter.
 
7, Fuji pressure transmitter daily maintenance:
 
① Learn from the staff of the staff to understand the operation and display of the instrument, and clean up the debris in the protective box in time.
 
② Discover and deal with loose wiring and fasteners in a timely manner, and regularly clean the transmitter to prevent corrosion of the pipe and root valve.
 
③ View the instructions of the transmitter, the on -site pressure form instructions and the secondary instructions are consistent.
 
④ View whether the transmitter (including the pressure pipe, valve) is leaked, damaged, and corroded.
 
⑤ The problems should be dealt with in time and a record of inspections.
 
⑥ Do a good job of waterproof and vibration -proof measures for Fuji pressure transmitters.
 
⑦ In winter, do a good job of anti -freezing and insulation measures for pressure transmitters, pressure pipes, and related equipment to ensure accurate display.
 
4. Safety precautions:
 
① When disassembling, installation, or adjusting the Fuji transmitter with the locking device, the locking device must be removed to prevent accidents.
 
② The Fuji transmitter installed in toxic and harmful places must be completely removed after being thoroughly removed.
 
③ When repairing a Fuji transmitter for oxygen and other oil -proof measuring medium, it is necessary to keep the transmitter's interior and inverted pressure on the valve without oil.
 
④ The medium with strong corrosive or steam temperature should not be directly contacted with the Fuji transmitter, and isolation measures should be added.
 
⑤ Prevent small particle substances such as slag seeds to precipitate in the pipe and block the pipeline.
 
⑥ When measuring the steam or other high temperature media, the working temperature of Fuji transmitters should not exceed 85 ° C, and the condensation ring must be installed in exceeding 85 ° C. touch. If necessary, you can add a cold condensed can.
