1:Products Introduce:

ETG-01 Laser Gas Analyzer consists of a transmitter unit and a receiver unit, capable of continuous online monitoring in various scenarios. It is suitable for process optimization, leak detection, emission measurement, and other demanding applications. The laser emitted from the transmitter unit is received by the receiver unit, detecting real-time concentration changes of target gases on the optical path and sending data to the control system. The transmitter emits a specific wavelength and energy laser, which is absorbed by target gas molecules, causing attenuation of the laser intensity. The receiver analyzes the absorption signal to determine the concentration of the target gas.

3: Product Model

There are two products model ETG-01 ULtimate Polaris and ETG-01 Smart Vega. The main differences lie in the explosion-proof level, design of the product shell, and material.

5：Installation method

1：In-situ installation: The receiving and transmitting units are installed on either side of the process pipeline via flanges.

2：Open-path installation method: A 100-meter open-path configuration is installed using a lifting bracket, with laser light emitted from the transmitting unit and received by the receiving unit. Concentration changes of the target gas along the path from the transmitting to the receiving unit are detected in real-time and transmitted to the control system.

3：Cabinet/shed installation: The cabinet is installed near the sampling point, with the receiving and transmitting units installed at both ends of a custom measurement cell via purge flanges.
