This Endure Higher current temperature sensor is made of special packaging technology, suitable for use in products with high current resistance, such as high-speed Rail, motor and other temperature measurement.

2：Design Team Introduce：

The product was developed by the Aerospace Advanced Flow Test Microsystem Technology Innovation Team at Northwestern Polytechnical University, focusing on "thin-film temperature and pressure sensors". It is a comprehensive sensor R&D and manufacturing enterprise centered around "core sensing chips + microsensors + testing systems + analysis software".

Thin film temperature sensor is a typical dual-use new basic core components, in aerospace, military, automotive electronics, home electronics, instrumentation and biomedical and other fields have a wide range of urgent application needs.

Based on China's sensor industry development needs, the team has spent nearly 20 years in research and development to overcome challenges in microsensor manufacturing processes, special packaging technologies, and multi-sensor integration methods for mid-to-high-end intelligent sensor chip processing.  Particularly, they have mastered key processes for "thin-film temperature sensors", forming a preliminary technology cluster for thin-film temperature sensors and breaking the near 30-year foreign monopoly on such products.

Currently, the company possesses over 40 production and testing devices, a cleanroom (Class 1000) covering 280 square meters, and has established platforms for thin-film temperature sensitive chip design, processing, packaging, and testing. It has also built China's first automated production line for thin-film temperature sensor chips covering normal, high, and ultra-low temperatures. The company has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and holds multiple certifications including ISO9001 quality management system, EU RoSH and CE.
